Return & Refund Policy (USA & Canada)

Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility (non-defective returns)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • New, unused, and in original packaging

  • Unopened / factory-sealed (for dietary supplements and consumable products)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used dietary supplements

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked as such)

  • Any item returned with missing components or significant packaging damage (unless due to shipping damage)

Damages, defects, or wrong item
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tivagenics.co with:

  • Order number

  • Photos (and video if possible) of the issue and the shipping box/label
    If approved, we will provide a solution at our expense (replacement, refund, or return instructions).
    Return shipping is covered by us only for approved cases of damage/defect/incorrect item.

How to start a return
Email info@tivagenics.co with your order number and the reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will send instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

  • Customer remorse / non-defective returns: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

  • Our error / damage / defect: we cover return shipping if required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
